Kindly Check-in at your terminal at least 3 hours prior to your departure time.
PLEASE RECONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS 72 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Your flight departs and arrives from Lester B. Pearson International Airport.
Baggage allowance is 1 checked piece at 23 kg or 50 lbs or for Charter Flights 44 lbs in total. Turkish Airlines, AC, LH, LX, OS allowance is 2 checked pieces 23 kg each for Turkey destination only.
Pc cabin baggage of 7 kg (baggage allowance is subject to each airline’s policies.)
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure you carry all necessary travel documents such as Visas, Passports and required Affidavits. Your entry into another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.
Living standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with the respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada.
There will be CAD 250.00 to 350.00 in penalty fees applied ANY CHANGES BEFORE your departure. After departure change fees vary by airline. Ticket rules are different. Some tickets are non refundable and not exchangeable.
Fees will apply for date changes; cancellation before departure; for no show; or refund.
After departure your ticket is 100 % NON-REFUNDABLE.
An administration charge will be applied to all tickets returned for refund or re-issued in addition to any airline / supplier charges. Service fee CAD 30.00-CAD 75.00 per person will apply.
If the price increase is more than 7%, except for increases resulting from an increase in retail sales tax or federal goods and service tax, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain full refund.
We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance and Out of Province Health Insurance.

World Tours Terms And Conditions

1-DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of your tour cost, minimum CAD$ 400). The final balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your departure. We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order.Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out at www.mavitravel.com/terms-and-conditions
 
2-CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES
Cancellation must be received in writing(via e-mail) to MAVI TRAVEL& TOURS.Regardless of the cause,the following terms will apply upon cancellation.We highly recommend you travel insurance.
For the Cancellations of confirmed bookings the following charges are effective plus any non refundable fees previously submitted from the day written notification of your cancellation is received:
-Prior to departure:Charge
-60 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund minus a CAD$400 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable airfare, cruise or hotel deposits).
-59-46 days will be subject to loss of your deposit.
-30-45 days will be subject to loss of 50% of your tour program cost.
-45-15 days will be subject to loss of 75% of your tour program cost.
-14-0 days will be subject to loss of 100% of your tour program cost.
 
3-CHANGES
Booking changes will be made upon availability of space at a charge of CAD $400 dollars. No refund will be made for missed sightseeing trips, transfers, meals, hotel accommodations, or any unused portion of the airline tickets .
 
4-AVAILABILITY
Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
 
5-ACCOMODATION
Deluxe, Superior or First Class hotels are used where available. Some of our tours visit small towns with simple hotels, which are the best available. In some other cases, we use special category hotels which are small historical boutiques hotels with ambiance. These hotels are comfortable and have private bathrooms. Regardless of the reason, we reserve the right to substitute any hotel listed, with another of the same category.
 
6-TRAVEL POLICY
MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS (MTT) will not be responsible for any passenger who does not have the correct travel documents.All travelers must have valid passports, visas and all health and other documentation required by the laws of the country they will be visiting. No refund will be made.
 
7-BAGGAGES
Baggage is carried at owners’ risk. The company assumes no responsibility for damage, loss of, or mishandling of baggage. Two pieces of baggage and a carry –on is allowed per person. The carry-on must fit under your seat.
 
8-NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOUR PRICE
Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary.Airport taxes and fees, lunches, alcohol, beverages, tips, mini bar, laundry ,telephone, excess baggage all other items of a personal nature, optional tours, tips to local city guides, tour director or tour driver, and stolen documents.
 
9-COST INCREASE
Very rarely,in case of cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
 
10-TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS(MTT) will not make any refunds beyond its cancellation policy to customers who refused to purchase travel insurance. Non Canadian residents must purchase their own medical coverage as we can only offer Trip Cancellation Insurance to them.
 
11-SAFETY
Please be aware at during your participations in tours operated by MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS(MTT), certain risk and dangers may arise beyond our control including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in undeveloped area travel by boat train automobile aircraft or other means of transportation , forces of nature, political unrest and accident or illness remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. MTT will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that MTT will use it’s best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.Do not forget that living Standards and practices at destination may differ from those in North America with respect to provisions of utilities, services and accommodation.
 
12-TRAVELLER RESPONSIBILITY
MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS (MTT) is an agent for all the services included in the tour and as such will exercise reasonable care in making arrangements for the conduct tour. All or part of the deposits and final payments paid by tour participants to MTT will be sent to the various suppliers of services included in the tour.
MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS (MTT) will not be responsible for inadequate travel documents. It is the personal responsibility of anyone holding a passport other than Canadian to ensure that she/he is in possession of all required travel documents, visas etc.
MAVI TRAVEL & TOURS (MTT) does not assume any responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of injury, accident, death, cancellation delay alteration or inconvenience resulting from any act of omission, commission or inadvertence of any hotel , carrier restaurant, cruise line or other company or person rendering any services included in the tour or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines or the willful or negligent acts or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of MTT inc. All tickets coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respect to the terms and conditions imposed thereon.
